Living Dead in Dallas

Sarah lent me a book called "Dead Until Dark" because she wants a friend to get into the series with her. I finished the first one fairly quickly and she brought me the next two.

A note: I hate gratuitous violence or rape depicted in anything.

So, "Living Dead in Dallas" was a rough book for me to force my way through. Specifically, male rape is the most disturbing to me, and this book seemed to be out to freak me out.

I have never thought the series was very well written, but they do have very interesting concepts and good characters. Eric and Sam are my favorites.

But overall, the book made me sick to my stomach. Which sucks.
